Meeting was called to order at 6:21 PM by Marshall Holman.

Marshall thanked Scott McGrath for arranging the delicious tri-tip for the meeting and Ben Wilbur for arranging the potties.

There was a guest:  Francis who is applying to join and is a paleontologist.

The auction was completed online/in person.  The 2 sluices did not draw any bids, but the Keene Highbanker/Dredge conversion sold for $1000 to Kevin Regli.
